What You'll Do- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and activities of daily living
- Educate residents on adaptive equipment and techniques to maximize independence
- Facilitate therapeutic activities that improve function and quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications- Current Oregon COTA license or ability to obtain Oregon licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
