What You'll Do- Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
- Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and activities of daily living
- Teach and support use of adaptive equipment to promote independence
- Facilitate therapeutic activities that improve function and engagement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident progress
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting
Qualifications- Current Oregon Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability and clinical judgment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with facility staff and residents
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
