SEEKING: BC-BE Trauma & Critical Care Surgeon* to join one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest

*Completion of a Critical Care fellowship is required

Departing growing from 5 to 6 Trauma/Critical Care Surgeons
  • Departing growing from 5 to 6 Trauma/Critical Care Surgeons
  • 1:6 Call
  • Iowa Methodist Medical Center is a 370 adult bed ACS-verified Level I Trauma Center and Blank Children's Hospital is an 88 bed ACS-verified Level II Trauma Center
  • 1700 admission annually
  • Acute Care Surgery Model
  • Surgery department consists of 5 Trauma/Critical Care Surgeons (growing to 6), 5 General Surgeons, 4 Colorectal Surgeons, and 1 Surgical Oncologist
  • General Surgery Residency Program
  • Ability to participate in clinical research, education, and outreach
  • Only one location to cover with newer ED and Trauma rooms
  • Shareholder track, signing incentive and competitive base salary
