As Shop Service Manager, you'll lead maintenance operations across multiple shop locations, overseeing a team of skilled technicians while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant fleet maintenance. You'll play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence, developing talent, managing shop performance, and creating an environment where employees and customers can count on exceptional results. Oversee preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair operations to maximize fleet uptime.
Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.

$85,000-$95,000 annual base salary (based on experience)
