Full Job Description
Job Summary:

Leads the development and delivery of data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions across clinical, operational, and financial domains. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate healthcare data into actionable intelligence that improves patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and organizational performance. Key responsibilities include: develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools; analyze clinical, financial, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; partner with stakeholders across department to define KPIs and measure performance against strategic goals; lead analytics and quality improvement projects from scoping through execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment; translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership; ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with healthcare regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management along with 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics/strategy. Demonstration of managing cross-functional projects in healthcare setting, experience with clinical or operational healthcare data (EHR, quality/KPI metrics). Proficiency in MS office suite. Strong communication and engagement skill.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree (MPH, MHA, MBA, MS in Analytics). Previous experience with EPIC EHR. Proficiency in Tableau and Vizeo preferred. Lean Six Sigma and/or project management certification preferred.
