This is a field-based role that requires travel approximately 95% of the time.


Average annual earnings: $80,000–$110,000

(Hourly pay with overtime)

Position Overview: Transition Specialist (Full-Time, Hourly – Non-Exempt)

In this role, you’ll work directly with financial advisors as they transition between firms. While a background in finance is helpful, it’s not required—we provide the tools and training for you to succeed.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Lead daily in person meetings with new recruit teams
  • Open new client accounts
  • Oversee the transfer of assets between firms
  • Act as the central point of contact ("Quarterback") for all transition activities.
  • Leadership abilities and heavy interaction with branch managers, financial advisors and other parties involved in the transition process.
  • Assist clients with completing paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance throughout all phases of the transition process
  • Provide training to new associates and clients on relevant systems
