Trademark Lawyer to join its dynamic Intellectual Property Group. The Intellectual Property Department provides a variety of legal services with respect to the usage, protection and enforcement of intellectual property.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years trademark prosecution and trademark enforcement experience. The candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills and be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment

The starting range for this role is $132,500 to $150,000. Starting salary will be determined based on an applicants year of call, individual skills, competencies and unique qualifications. Gowling WLG employees have the potential to exceed this range based on tenure and performance.
