Total Productive Maintenance Manager

What You Will Do

- Assure that the capability development process has high focus on reaching custumer expectations and quality standards
- Support implementation of the right organization in line with the blueprint and the existing capabilities, from a technical and behavioral standpoint, to ensure the gaps in the pipeline are covered
- Assure a high-quality onboarding for the newcomers (including GO-manufacturing candidates) or for the people with new responsibilities in the operations teams
- Support the organization to set the suitable technical and work processes capability plan and follow-up to ensure full completion (Manufacturing Academy). Actively review and coach local teams and leaders in site processes, e.g. DOM/DDS; CIL, CL, deliver hands-on support
- Promote and foster all the communication channels available to ensure effective information sharing and engagement
- Ensure the effective participation of the individuals and teams in the improvement activities (i.e. Best Practice database, Case studies…)
- Develop and implement specific projects to help achieve business goals.
- Support Site Director and lead team in the development and deployment of site CBN and OGSM
- Organize, drive and coach TPM initiatives in the sites (if suitable) Develop, align and drive together with the site departments the TPM strategies roll out plan. Audit and track progress to keep standards alive.
- Support the site in building and maintaining good relationships with schools and universities, organize lectures, presence in university employers’ markets, tours and case studies in the factory and support line management in functional coaching of apprentices, trainees and other young engineers
- Is a role model and accountable for performance & consequence management, coaching and education within their department.
Who You Are
- 5 or more years’ experience in supply chain
- University or Bachelor degree level qualified in process / production engineering discipline
- Good understanding of safety/quality/manufacturing processes, procedures and standards; proven track record of organizational and result development (incl TPM implementation)
- In depth knowledge, experience and mastery of implementing high performing work systems, e.g. TPM, Lean, 20 keys, …
