Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced
Tosca Automation Lead with 10+ years in Quality Assurance and Test Automation, including a strong background in
Tricentis Tosca. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can drive test automation initiatives, mentor teams, and ensure delivery excellence.
Tosca certifications are a must.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end test automation strategy and implementation using Tosca.
- Oversee a team of Tosca Engineers and guide them through automation planning, development, and execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across development, QA, and business teams to define test requirements and automation goals.
- Design scalable and maintainable Tosca test frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Set up and manage CI/CD integration for automated test execution.
- Drive best practices in test design, automation coding standards, and defect management.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior and mid-level automation engineers.
- Conduct regular reviews of automation scripts, test coverage, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - 10+ years of overall experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in automation testing with Tricentis Tosca.
- Proven experience leading automation teams and projects.
- Strong expertise in Tosca modules, Test Case Design, Reusability, Test Data Management, and Execution.
- Solid experience integrating Tosca with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Bamboo.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications Required: - Tricentis Tosca Certified Automation Specialist / Test Architect / Continuous Testing Certification (or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with enterprise-level test strategies and complex system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with API, database, mobile, and performance testing.
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, VBScript).
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA, XRay, TestRail, or ALM.
- Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms.
