5+ years of experience on the plaintiff side of personal injury cases (no defense-side experience)
Active attorney in good standing, licensed in Illinois
Stable work history with no short job stints
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder
Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases from intake to settlement
Conduct strategic case investigations and analyze medical records
Develop and implement case strategies
Negotiate effectively with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Communicate compassionately with clients, preferably in both English and Spanish
Collaborate with legal assistants, case managers, and lien negotiators

Full Job Description
Comp: $100K-$160K base; 401(k) 4% fully vested match, medical/dental/vision, PTO, professional development. Location: On-site 5 days, Chicago. Visa: Not open to visas (US citizen / Green Card). Responsibilities
