Job DescriptionSplunk O11Y- Observability EngineerLocation: Raritan, NJTechnical Skills- Hands-on experience implementing Splunk Observability Cloud (APM, Infra Monitoring, RUM, Log Observer).
- Strong understanding of OpenTelemetry (collectors, processors, exporters, instrumentation).
- Experience with distributed tracing, span analysis, and service dependency mapping.
- Familiarity with Splunk Enterprise and ITSI for integrated observability use cases.
- Strong Linux/Unix skills and scripting (Python, Bash).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, and Azure).
Architecture Skills- Experience designing observability solutions for microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of SLIs/SLOs, service health scoring, and reliability engineering.
Preferred Qualifications- Splunk Observability or OTel certifications.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, or CI/CD pipelines.
Mandatory Skills: Splunk AIOPS.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
