What you'll do: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
Time & Attendance Implementation: Set up ADP's HCM Workforce Now (WFN) system for clients by following a structured methodology. This includes analyzing their needs, designing the system, configuring it, testing to ensure everything works, and launching it for daily use.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal team members on time configuration, analysis, and testing.
Training and Development: Assist in designing and delivering training programs for clients and internal team members on WFN implementation methodology and Time system configurations.
Project Support: Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Identify and prioritize project tasks, allocate resources, and track progress against project milestones.
Risk Management: Identify and escalate critical issues to senior leadership as necessary. Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential project disruptions.
Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in payroll implementation projects.
Mentorship: Assist in mentoring and supporting less tenured team members in their technical development.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
3-5 years of technical experience or related field.
