Minimum Qualifications
• For Engineer I opportunities, we are looking for a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, completed by May 2026, with 0+ years of experience.

  • Cardiac Ablation Solutions: Cardiac Ablation Solutions offers cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. Our vision is to help patients worldwide by advancing innovation for the diagnosis and ablation of cardiac arrhythmias, enabling clinicians to perform procedures with superior outcomes.
  • Cardiac Rhythm Management: Our Cardiac Rhythm Management Integrated Operating Unit offers devices and therapies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure. We are comprised of four key businesses: Cardiac Pacing Therapies, Defibrillation Solutions, Patient Management, and Procedure Innovations. Together, we will transform the lives of people with cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure.
  • Cardiac Surgery: Cardiac surgery represents end stage treatment in the care continuum for many cardiovascular diseases and this OU provides an intimate relationship with the Cardiac Surgeon and Cardiac OR by offering an unparalleled depth and breadth of portfolio.
  • Cardiovascular Diagnostics and Services: Cardiovascular Diagnostics and Services develops advanced technologies to make it possible for doctors to get vital information about their patients' hearts without it interrupting their lives. Our best-in-class insertable cardiac monitors, or ICMs, help identify or rule out heart rhythm disorders, so patients can then receive the right course of treatment and best manage their condition.
  • Coronary and Renal Denervation: In CRDN, we love what we do. That's because we're passionate about the patients we serve around the globe and the "second life" and improved health we can give to those with Coronary Artery Disease, High Blood Pressure, and other conditions. We're also driven by the promise of Renal Denervation and its potential to change the way patients around the world manage their uncontrolled hypertension.
  • Mechanical Circulatory Support: The Mechanical Circulatory Support Operating Unit is responsible for Medtronic's heart pump program. Called the HeartWare™ HVAD™ System, this business provides a left ventricular assist device (LVAD) that helps patients' hearts pump and increases the amount of blood that circulates through their bodies. The HVAD System features the world's smallest, commercially available, centrifugal flow pump.
  • Structural Heart and Aortic: The Structural Heart and Aortic integrated operating unit offers minimally-invasive approaches to restore proper structure and function of the heart and the aorta. We focus on the transcatheter replacement or repair of the four heart valves-aortic, pulmonic, mitral, tricuspid-and the placement of stent grafts to treat aneurysms and dissections of the body's largest artery, the aorta.
  • Peripheral Vascular Health: Peripheral Vascular Health therapies treat patients with Peripheral and Carotid Artery Disease, End-Stage Renal Disease, Superficial and Deep Venous Diseases, and a variety of conditions treated with Peripheral Embolization. The operating unit leads the way in the Superficial Venous, Deep Venous Stenting, and Drug-Coated Balloon markets, caring for nearly 1 million patients globally with lifesaving and life-enhancing therapies.

  • Cranial and Spinal Technologies: Part of the Neuroscience portfolio, CST is comprised of four global businesses: Spine & Biologics, Enabling Technologies, intelligent Data Solutions (iDS), and China Cranial, Spinal, Orthopedics & Technologies.
    • Spine & Biologics, offers procedural solutions for spine surgery, and bone grafting solutions for spinal fusion.
