Job Description (General Summary)

Intralox, L.L.C. North America has an opening for a Product Specialist for the ThermoDrive product line. The qualified individual will be responsible for driving strategic sales, managing a select group of key accounts, working closely with and training industry sales representatives. This individual will service the North America market, ideally based within the region, and report to the ThermoDrive Sales Manager.

This position requires more than technical proficiency; a specific mindset is essential. While basic technical and sales knowledge are prerequisites, the successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional drive, motivation, and a deep capacity for introspection. Possessing high self-awareness and the ability to communicate with extreme clarity, the ideal candidate actively seeks out challenges to fuel business and personal growth.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Execute sales strategies to launch and scale new ThermoDrive products, services, and high-potential applications across the food industry.
  • Support Key Accounts: Directly manage and nurture high-value account relationships to capture major commercial opportunities.
  • Partner Across Teams: Collaborate within Intralox's team-selling model to support industry teams, account managers, and regional customer needs.
  • Translate Technical Value: Connect ThermoDrive's technical and hygienic advantages into compelling commercial messaging that delivers customer value.
  • Train & Enable Sales: Lead ThermoDrive product training and share best practices, updates, and market insights across the sales organization.
  • Identify Market Opportunities: Deeply understand food industry trends and target markets to qualify and prioritize the best business opportunities.
