Up to a $10,000 sign on bonus!Position Purpose: Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions and mental health treatment services to patients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field of study
- Licensed in Wisconsin as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW
- Computer proficiency required.
- Ability to navigate and document in electronic healthcare records required.
- Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames
- Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling
- Ability to work within a team
- Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance
Responsibilities:- Work hours prescribed by and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities
assigned. - Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for clients and/or family
members. - Complete client psychosocial and individualized treatment plan within required time frame.
- Identify client clinical and case management needs and work to address those needs.
- Educate client and client support members regarding all aspects of treatment, corresponding health
issues and steps to recovery. - Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.
- Ensure that documentation in client service record is maintained consistent with expectations defined
by licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements. - Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, case management and discharge plans).
- Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups.
- Serve as a member of the team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
- Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
- As assigned, performs CLIA-waived laboratory testing and related quality control activities in
accordance with CLIA requirements, manufacturer instructions, infection control protocols, and
organizational procedures. - Serve as a member of the Clinical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
- Serve as a role model and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.
- Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by leadership.
Schedule:- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
