What You'll Be Doing- Driving to pre-scheduled appointments with potential customers.
- Conducting thorough inspections and providing clear, detailed proposals that include pricing, instructions, and job specifics.
- Following up with customers and revisiting as needed to ensure satisfaction and close the sale.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals, all while providing excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For- 1+ years of experience in outside sales or in-home consulting (preferred).
- 1+ years in residential sales, home inspection, or home improvement industries (preferred).
- Construction knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Comfort with entering crawlspaces and working in residential settings.
- Excellent listening, closing, and follow-up skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with technology and smart devices.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
