(CEC), we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to lead and expand our survey practice in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Practice Leadership: Build and scale the Texas survey team. Recruit, train, and mentor field crews while setting a high-performance standard
  • Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle-from fieldwork and technical approvals to budgeting and invoicing
  • Technical Oversight: Lead complex, multi-disciplinary surveys (ALTA/NSPS, boundary, control) and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards
  • Quality Assurance: Serve as the final reviewer for all deliverables, maintaining rigorous quality control and consistency

  • Licensure: Texas RPLS certification required, or LSIT with the ability to obtain licensure promptly
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional land surveying experience
