Kearney & Company is currently seeking a Test & UAT Lead - Federal Financial Systems to join our team supporting a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The ideal candidate will work within a cross-functional Kearney-led team implementing an enterprise OneStream-based budget formulation capability across multiple Navy Budget Submitting Offices.
Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:- Develop the integrated functional/UAT strategy and test plan
- Establish requirements-to-test traceability
- Lead end-to-end business-process testing
- Coordinate Government UAT planning and execution
- Validate financial data, workflows, exhibits, reports, and interfaces
- Manage defect prioritization and disposition
- Establish deployment-readiness test criteria
- Coordinate with system integrator technical testing resources while maintaining independent functional validation
- Develop test evidence supporting Government acceptance
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience leading testing/UAT for federal financial systems requirements
- Traceability and defect-management experience
- Federal financial management knowledge
- Strong client communication skills
- Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)
- Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC
Preferred Qualifications:
- Navy/DoD financial systems experience
- OneStream/EPM testing experience
- Financial data reconciliation experience
- Agile/DevSecOps implementation experience
OverviewThe expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
