Qualifications

• Experience using software testing tools such as RTC, RQM, DOORs, and SQL.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Hands-on experience developing web applications with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and writing skills in previous roles.
• Basic experience with scalability and performance testing required.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is necessary.
• Experience with end-to-end system verification and validation is preferred.
• Strong time management and task management abilities are crucial.
• Interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Test and analyze network systems development including integration and systems testing.
• Document test discrepancies and write change requests as necessary.
• Maintain existing test processes and documentation for knowledge-sharing.
• Organize and manage baseline regression procedures for operational releases.
• Investigate and report significant operational issues with engineering support.
• Assist leads on complex systems to determine requirements and recommend improvements.
• Help the Test Team in developing test plans, procedures, and tools.
• Conduct customer-witnessed testing to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Implement unit tests and support the design of integration and user acceptance tests.
• Support operational patch testing, including system modifications.
