This is an opportunity to apply your engineering and software skills to work where quality, reliability, and mission readiness matter. You will collaborate across software, electrical, manufacturing, design, and tooling disciplines to ensure our products are designed with testability and manufacturability in mind and consistently meet the high standards expected of defense systems.
Job Description

  • Review test specifications to ensure requirements are complete, accurate, and aligned with production and system needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving test equipment, software, hardware interfaces, and test methodologies.
  • Analyze test data and production yields to identify trends, determine root causes of failures, and drive corrective actions.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to test equipment and processes.
  • Partner with design, development, manufacturing, and tooling teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure products are testable and manufacturable.
  • Participate in product design reviews and provide engineering input related to Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
  • Ensure test processes and equipment comply with applicable industry standards, military specifications, and quality requirements.

Required Experience:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience developing and maintaining automated test systems using National Instruments LabVIEW.
  • Strong programming experience in Java, particularly for test scripts, frameworks, or automation.
  • Experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, test specifications, and system requirements.
  • Experience supporting products in a high-volume production environment.
  • Experience using statistical or data-analysis tools to identify trends, evaluate production performance, and visualize test results.
