TEST ENGINEER 3

As a Test Engineer 3, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission. You will play a crucial role in providing overall leadership of the T&E task, manage resources, and serve as liaison for supporting contract coordination and task execution.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Test Engineer 3 must have:

● Education: Bachelor's degree must be in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.

● Experience: 8+ years of related experience

● Technical skills: T&E Strategy, Master Plan, Event Test Plans, T&E Assessments, and Reports

● Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly

● US citizenship required

● Role requirements:

• Conduct research into and apply knowledge of test and evaluation concepts and related engineering, acquisition, and operations activities as needed to support the T&E activities
• Plan and Execute Performance Analysis, Performance Data Collection
• Manage T&E resources and tasks; ensure quality assurance of test processes and products
• Drive innovation and responsiveness to program changes and evolving T&E status to help manage program risk 

The likely salary range for this position is $119,000 - $161,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
