Test & Documentation Team Lead to join our growing team!
What You'll Be Doing:- Performing test and evaluation on specified software applications and environments as part of a diverse team
- Create and execute test plans, cases, scripts, and procedures to verify product specifications.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs or hardware anomalies through root-cause analysis.
- Work alongside software or hardware design engineers within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Providing daily leadership and guidance to a team of test engineers and documentation specialists
- Engage individuals on the team to ensure performance and functional goals are being met
- Provide performance evaluations according to Parsons guidance both annually and quarterly
- Ensure time cards are submitted accurately and timely each week from all employees on the team
What Required Skills You'll Bring:- 2+ years of experience, with additional education, training, and certifications able to count towards total years of experience
- Bachelors degree, with additional years of experience able to count in lieu of a degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leading a team of engineers through agile process management
- Experience utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework to organize cross functional teams and efforts in alignment with the overall Agile Release Train goals (Certification preferred but not required)
- Conceptual understanding of all forms of software test and validation including both manual and automated testing environments

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
