TITLE: Territory Sales Manager
POSITION OBJECTIVE: We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated sales professional to grow AmTopp's Polymer Additives, Color Concentrates and Compounds business.
The primary focus of this position is new business development and profitable sales growth. The Territory Sales Manager will identify and develop new customers, applications and market opportunities; build and manage a strong sales pipeline; and convert opportunities into sustainable commercial business.
The Territory Sales Manager will also maintain and expand existing customer relationships and work closely with AmTopp's technical, plant and management teams to provide effective solutions and meet customer requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of sales experience in plastics, polymers, masterbatch, additives, compounds or a related industry preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, marketing or a related field preferred.
