Job Summary
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major accounts in order to drive sales and revenue for the company. This is a remote position, and applicants must be based in Ontario. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within customer accounts
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within customer accounts
  • Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasting monthly and quarterly revenues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on account performance and sales activity


Compensation
  • Base salary of $100,000-$115,000 annually
  • Eligible for a quarterly performance-based bonus program with a target annual incentive opportunity of 15% of base salary
  • Starting salary will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications
