Job Title: Senior Technical PED Report Writer
Location: Tampa, FL on site
Classification: Full-time Exempt (Temporary 1-year contract)
Clearance: Top Secret/SCI
Position Summary Titan Echelon LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical PED Report Writer to support technical exploitation and intelligence operations. This is a full-time, one-year contract position supporting a specific customer requirement. The position is anticipated to be approximately one year in duration and is subject to the continuation of the applicable contract and customer requirements. The successful candidate will conduct analysis of digital evidence and forensic examination results and produce timely, accurate, and actionable reports supporting Identity Intelligence (I2), Document Exploitation (DOCEX), CELLEX, MEDEX, and other technical exploitation activities.
This position requires strong analytical, technical writing, research, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Conduct and analyze digital evidence and forensic examination results.
• Prepare tactical reports documenting findings from digital forensic examinations of CELLEX and MEDEX.
• Compile and create documentation supporting Identity Intelligence Operations (I2Ops).
• Develop and maintain data-sharing agreements, technical planning documentation, asset management procedures, and change-control policies.
• Maintain security documentation, technical documentation, and user guides.
• Optimize web server configurations and support integration of web applications with SharePoint server farms.
• Provide remote and on-site technical and user assistance.
• Identify discrepancies, flag potentially significant or suspicious findings, and incorporate relevant data sources into established data streams.
• Conduct network and geospatial analysis, processing and exploitation, and quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Support research and automation tool development efforts.
• Prepare accurate, timely reports and maintain appropriate records and documentation.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of Titan Echelon's mission and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Political Science, History, Government, Economics, or a related discipline, with a focus on international affairs, terrorism, psychology, national security, intelligence, or a related area.
• Additional relevant experience may be substituted for education, subject to Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) approval.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical MEDEX, CELLEX, Identity Intelligence (I2), Document Exploitation (DOCEX), and technical exploitation report writing and analysis.
• Experience examining data obtained through digital forensic investigations.
• Experience using digital forensic tools such as Cellebrite, XRY, and Axiom.
• Experience preparing timely technical and intelligence reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Experience with network and geospatial analysis, processing and exploitation, and quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience supporting research and automation tool development efforts.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an operational team in a high-tempo environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting government organizations conducting Identity Intelligence exploitation activities, such as NMEC, DC3, NGIC, or FBI-TEDAC.
• Familiarity with Special Operations Forces (SOF) concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of Esri ArcGIS, IBM Analyst's Notebook, and Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
• Experience with Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Publicly Available Information (PAI), Counter Threat Finance, or Financial Crime analysis.
• Graduate of a Department of Defense Intelligence Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) training program related to all-source intelligence, OSINT, SIGINT, Counterintelligence (CI), HUMINT, or GEOINT.
Physical & Work Environment
This position is performed in an operational environment and requires the ability to work the assigned 24/7/365 four-shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is primarily performed in person at the designated work location and may require occasional remote or on-site support based on mission requirements.
