Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
Military or Intelligence Community experience in a relevant technical or RF field
Certified TEMPEST Professional Level II (CTP-II) preferred
3+ years of experience with TEMPEST testing and/or manufacturing
Responsibilities
Define TEMPEST testing requirements as per the customer's Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA)
Evaluate engineering change proposals to ensure TEMPEST integrity is maintained
Attend technical meetings with crypto device users, customers, and vendor partners
Conduct TEMPEST lab testing of certified cryptographic devices
Perform TEMPEST Field testing to identify vulnerabilities in secure systems
Provide Subject Matter Expert support for cryptographic devices with TEMPEST vulnerabilities

Full Job Description
In this role you will:
Ensure that TEMPEST testing requirements are defined by the customer's Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA).
Evaluate engineering change proposal (ECP) packages to ensure the proposed changes do not impact the TEMPEST integrity of the device, or if necessary, additional TEMPEST testing is performed to recertify the device.
Attend technical meetings with crypto device users/customers CSCM's and vendor partners.
Provide TEMPEST lab testing of certified cryptographic devices to ensure it meets the current National TEMPEST standard.
Perform TEMPEST Field testing of cryptographic equipment to discover vulnerabilities in secure systems.
Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support when a cryptographic device has a TEMPEST vulnerability.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline
10+ years of related professional experience
Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
Desired Qualifications:
Military or IC experience in a relevant technical or RF field
10+ years of related professional experience; experience may be substituted with education as follows:
High School Diploma + 15 years System Engineering experience
Relevant Bachelor's degree in a STEM field + 11 years System Engineering experience
Relevant Master's degree in a STEM field + 9 years System Engineering experience
Advanced degree may be preferred at this level
Certified TEMPEST Professional Level II (CTP-II)
3+ years of experience with TEMPEST testing and/or TEMPEST manufacturing
