Title: Telehealth Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) - 1099 Contract
Summary: We are seeking Board-Certified Nurse Practitioners for a seasonal 1099 remote telehealth opportunity providing virtual urgent care during the 2026-2027 Cold & Flu Season.
Day to Day: - Deliver virtual urgent care to patients of all ages, diagnosing and treating acute illnesses (cold, flu, upper respiratory infections, minor injuries).
- Prescribe medications, establish treatment plans, and document encounters accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain productivity expectations of at least 3 patient visits per hour in a fast-paced telehealth setting.
Shift: - Part-Time (20 hrs/wk): Weekdays between 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM local time + every other weekend (8-hr shifts).
- Modified Full-Time (32 hrs/wk): Weekdays between 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM local time + every other weekend (8-hr shifts).
- Full-Time (40 hrs/wk): Weekdays between 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM local time + every fourth weekend (8-hr shifts).
Qualifications: - Credentials: Master's (MSN) or Doctorate (DNP) from an accredited nursing program; active National Board Certification (FNP-C, FNP-BC, or ENP-C via AANP/ANCC).
- Experience: 3+ years in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or high-volume Family Practice; 1+ year of Telehealth experience preferred.
- Licensure & Enrollment: Active NPI and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment without sanctions or exclusions. Unrestricted APRN licenses in 4-5 target states (Multi-State NLC Compact RN license strongly preferred).
