You Are:Dynamic and passionate, you thrive on driving network-led transformation across the communications and media industry, partnering with operators, cable and fiber providers, and enterprises to reinvent how networks are designed, built, and operated in an AI-defined era.
- Network lifecycle leadership (Design / Build / Operate): You bring deep, hands-on expertise across the full network lifecycle-from network strategy, design and engineering, through deployment and build, to operations, optimization, and monetization-and you help clients accelerate outcomes and capital efficiency at every phase.
- Multi-domain access expertise: You have strong experience across fiber/wireline, wireless (4G/5G, RAN/ORAN), and cable networks, serving both consumer and enterprise segments, and you understand how convergence across these domains reshapes cost, experience, and growth.
- OSS as an integral capability: You are well-versed in OSS-inventory, service order management, activation and provisioning, discovery and reconciliation, and service assurance (fault, performance, and trouble management)-and you naturally weave OSS considerations into network-led transformation, from legacy simplification through to next-generation, API-first, cloud-native architectures.
- AI and autonomous networks: You understand how AI, GenAI, and agentic automation are transforming network design, deployment, and operations-from AI-enabled design and intelligent deployment to autonomous, self-healing operations and next-generation NOCs-and how to scale intelligence across the network to drive both cost and customer-experience outcomes.
- Executive-grade client engagement: You engage credibly with senior network stakeholders-CTO, Network Operations, Network/Capital Planning, and Engineering leadership-translating technology shifts into investment cases, roadmaps, and operating-model change, and coming across as a trusted thought leader and advisor.
- Sales and delivery excellence: You drive both origination and delivery-shaping offerings, building pipeline, and leading pursuits, while standing up and running the teams and assets that deliver measurable value at pace across the Network organization.
- Strategic and execution excellence: You craft comprehensive strategies and translate them into actionable, results-driven roadmaps-including network rollout and deployment optimization, operations transformation, and OSS/BSS modernization-grounded in real operational outcomes rather than slideware.
- Leadership and relationships: You build trusted, C-level client relationships across the network value chain and empower high-performing teams to deliver, positioning Accenture as the reinvention partner of choice for the network.
- Travel as needed, up to 80%.

- Demonstrated experience across fiber/wireline, wireless (4G/5G, RAN), and/or cable networks, serving consumer and/or enterprise segments.
- Experience applying AI, GenAI, or agentic automation to network-led transformation-for example, AI-enabled design, intelligent deployment, autonomous/self-healing operations, or next-generation NOCs.
- Working knowledge of OSS (e.g., inventory, provisioning/activation, orchestration, and service assurance) as an integral part of network transformation.
- Experience engaging senior network stakeholders (e.g., CTO, Network Operations, Network/Capital Planning, Engineering) and translating technology shifts into roadmaps and investment cases.
