You Are:Dynamic and passionate, you thrive on driving network-led transformation across the communications and media industry, partnering with operators, cable and fiber providers, and enterprises to reinvent how networks are designed, built, and operated in an era defined by
Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Network lifecycle leadership (Design / Build / Operate): Bring hands-on expertise across the network lifecycle-from network strategy, design and engineering through deployment, build, operations and optimization-and help clients accelerate outcomes and capital efficiency at every phase.
- Multi-domain access expertise: Bring experience across fiber/wireline, wireless (4G/5G, RAN/ORAN) and cable networks, serving both consumer and enterprise segments, and understand how convergence across these domains reshapes cost, experience and growth.
- OSS as an integral capability: Be well-versed in OSS-inventory, service order management, activation and provisioning, discovery and reconciliation, and service assurance (fault, performance and trouble management)-and naturally weave OSS considerations into network-led transformation, from legacy simplification through to next-generation, API-first, cloud-native architectures.
- AI and autonomous networks: Understand how AI, GenAI and agentic automation are transforming network design, deployment and operations-from AI-enabled design and intelligent deployment to autonomous, self-healing operations and next-generation NOCs-and how to scale intelligence across the network to drive both cost and customer-experience outcomes.
- Client engagement: Engage credibly with network stakeholders-CTO, Network Operations, Network/Capital Planning and Engineering-translating technology shifts into roadmaps, investment cases and operating-model change, and building credibility as a trusted advisor.
- Sales and delivery excellence: Contribute to both origination and delivery-supporting offering development and pipeline growth, while helping stand up and run the teams and assets that deliver measurable value at pace across the Network organization.
- Strategic and execution excellence: Craft comprehensive strategies and translate them into actionable, results-driven roadmaps-including network rollout and deployment optimization, operations transformation, and OSS/BSS modernization-grounded in real operational outcomes.
- Leadership and relationships: Build trusted client relationships across the network value chain while empowering teams to deliver high performance, positioning Accenture as the reinvention partner of choice for the network.
- Travel as needed, up to 80%.

- Experience applying AI, GenAI or agentic automation to network-led transformation-for example, AI-enabled design, intelligent deployment, autonomous/self-healing operations or next-generation NOCs
- Working knowledge of OSS (e.g., inventory, provisioning/activation, orchestration and service assurance) as an integral part of network transformation
- Experience engaging network stakeholders (e.g., CTO, Network Operations, Network/Capital Planning, Engineering) and translating technology shifts into roadmaps and investment cases
