AFS is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer.
The Work: - Responsible for managing and processing telecommunications service orders within the program.
- This role involves coordinating with vendors, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, maintaining records, and resolving order-related issues.
- The specialist will also track order status, update stakeholders, and ensure compliance with client policies and procedures.
Here's what you need:- Requires a bachelor's degree (or 4 years additional equivalent work experience) in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field, and 8 years of experience in managing telecommunications development, operations, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Possesses excellent knowledge of telecom systems, including VoIP, PBX, and network infrastructure.
Bonus points if you have:- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+)
Clearance- An active Secret security clearance is required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
