The Work:The candidate is responsible for supporting Diamond Utilities client Meter Data Management System (MDMS).
- Includes management of MDMS support team responsible for break-fix, service requests and minor enhancements.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Here's What You Need:- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Utilities , Data, cloud and SAP with strong hands-on delivery experience
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience as a team lead, technical lead, or delivery lead
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in OpenText Application Support, Data, Cloud Modernization and AI Enablement
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)
