ResponsibilitiesThe
Technology Transfer and Industry Collaboration Contracting Professional is responsible for providing discipline specific sales contract expertise and leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Execution of contracting strategies
- Sales contract templates
- Supporting contract negotiations
- Development of guides that meet legal and corporate requirements
- Executing team negotiations
- Administering contracts, including terminations and closeout activities.
Sales responsibilities include:
- Support of strategy development
- Participation in bid-no-bid decisions
- Client relationship management
- Support of proposal development
- Contract negotiations
- Monitoring contract compliance technical, financial, and contractual performance
- Plan, develop and participate in training of contractual requirements
- Brief company management on proposal and subcontracting activities
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA and 5 years of relevant experience -OR-
- MS/MA or higher and 3 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience providing sales contract expertise and leadership, including supporting contract negotiations and strategy development, contract administration, and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with Collaborative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA), Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) or similar contracting mechanisms.
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools for workflow automation.
- Familiarity with other DOE laboratories or other federal contractors.
