Description We are currently seeking a Life Science Recruiter to support Technology talent acquisition initiatives across our medical device business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and deliver top-tier talent to accelerate hiring goals.
- Partner with HR and hiring leaders to deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.
- Leverage Workday ATS and sourcing technologies to optimize workflow and pipeline visibility.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of seven years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO or corporate talent acquisition environment, with an expertise supporting Technology hiring, specifically software (mobile) or embedded engineering.
- Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
