In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure project execution and alignment with objectives
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes
• Refine project management processes by incorporating best practices and lessons learned for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
• Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
• Identify staffing needs adaptable to changing project needs and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations

Required Skill and Experience
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity programs, security solution implementations, managed security services, and transformation initiatives.
• Own program governance, integrated planning, delivery execution, financial oversight, quality management, and client outcomes.
• Manage multiple workstreams, technologies, vendors, dependencies, and delivery teams across the program lifecycle.
• Establish delivery roadmaps, milestones, resourcing plans, governance cadence, KPIs, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Ensure commitments are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Drive corrective actions, service improvements, and benefits realization throughout the engagement.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary client-facing delivery leader and trusted point of contact for assigned cybersecurity engagements.
• Build credible relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, business stakeholders, technology teams, partners, and vendors.
• Lead executive steering committees, governance forums, service reviews, and operational reviews.
• Provide clear, timely communication on delivery status, achievements, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Manage customer escalations with urgency, transparency, and discipline follow-through.
• Translate technical security topics into concise business, risk, and outcome-oriented messages for executive stakeholders.
Security Operations & Services Management
• Oversee service delivery across relevant cybersecurity capabilities such as SOC, SIEM, detection and response, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM, PAM, cloud security, application security, data security, GRC, DevSecOps, and third-party risk.
• Govern service levels, operational KPIs, contractual measures, capacity, demand, backlog, quality, and customer experience.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security operations, security engineering, risk management, and enterprise security services.
• Ability to engage technical specialists, challenge delivery assumptions, understand solution trade-offs, and communicate security implications to business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of commonly used frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, SOC 2, PCI DSS, SOX, HIPAA, or FedRAMP, as relevant to the client environment.
• Ensure effective transition from solution design and implementation into steady-state security operations.
• Drive operational maturity, automation, standardization, knowledge management, and continuous service improvement.
Technical Governance & Risk Management
• Provide informed oversight of security architectures, solution designs, implementation approaches, operational procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure alignment with client requirements, enterprise architecture, security policies, contractual obligations, and relevant industry standards.
• Facilitate technical reviews, risk assessments, design decisions, control validation, and go-live readiness assessments.
Innovation, AI Awareness & Transformation
• Identify opportunities to improve security delivery and operations through automation, orchestration, analytics, AI, and Agentic AI.
• Understand the opportunities and risks associated with AI-enabled security use cases, including human oversight, data protection, access control and model risk.
Program & Service Delivery Leadership
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex cybersecurity programs, security transformations, or managed security services for enterprise customers.
• Strong command of program governance, project execution, service management, transition, operational excellence, and customer success practices.

Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
