  • Enable partner teams through presentations, demos, training, and clear articulation of Dotdigital's value proposition.
  • Act as the internal advocate for assigned partners, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver shared outcomes.
  • Support partners in progressing through Dotdigital's partner program tiers.

Expand Dotdigital's Technology Ecosystem

  • Build relationships with prospective partners and communicate the value of partnering with Dotdigital.
  • Influence partners to build integrations with Dotdigital when this is the best route to market.
  • Create clear internal business cases for Dotdigital-built integrations when that approach provides greater customer or commercial value.
  • Work with Product and other internal stakeholders to help prioritize integration opportunities and inform the product roadmap.

Drive Commercial and Market Impact

  • Generate new sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs) through partner referrals and joint activity.
  • Influence active sales opportunities by bringing relevant partners into customer conversations.
  • Coordinate joint campaigns, content, integration launches, webinars, roundtables, case studies, and events.
  • Represent Dotdigital at industry events and build relationships with current and prospective partners.
  • Share market, customer, and partner insights to improve our joint value proposition, partner strategy, and market positioning.
  • Monitor partnership performance and use data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
