Job SummaryThe intent of this role is to provide dedicated leadership for technology deployment and implementation across the UA portfolio, serving as the bridge between operations, technology partners, E15/data teams, vendors, and field leadership.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate technology deployments across the portfolio, including POS, kiosks, mobile ordering, digital signage, connectivity, reporting tools, and other operational systems.
- Manage implementation plans, timelines, site readiness, risks, dependencies, testing, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with Operations, E15/data teams, technology partners, vendors, and the client to translate operational needs into actionable technology solutions.
- Drive operator adoption through training, change management, documentation, and post-launch support.
- Ensure data, reporting, dashboards, and KPI requirements are considered part of technology implementations.
- Monitor post-launch performance and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and improved system reliability.
- Provide leadership with clear visibility into deployment status, risks, adoption, and required decisions.
Preferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have experience with technology implementation or systems deployment in a multi-site environment, strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively between technical and operational teams.
