Context & Environment

TotalEnergies Gas & Power Trading (TGP) and its affiliates are experiencing rapid growth as they support the company's transition toward a power-focused energy portfolio. A key driver of this expansion is the acquisition of a diverse range of energy assets, including renewable generation such as wind and solar, battery storage, and combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) plants. For TGP, this growth translates into significantly higher trading volumes, an expanded geographic footprint, and an increased need for process automation, all of which place growing demands on IT capabilities and infrastructure.

• Define go/no-go criteria, testing strategies, regression testing plans, cutover approaches, and contingency plans to ensure operational stability during deployments.
• Establish project transition frameworks and operational readiness documentation.
• Partner with Project Managers to define RACI matrices, service-level agreements (SLAs), support models, and ownership structures for post-implementation support.
• Take ownership of the transition-to-run process, ensuring support teams clearly understand their responsibilities and operational procedures.

Coaching & Knowledge Sharing

• Mentor and coach team members on system architecture, trading domain knowledge, and technology best practices.
