Full Job Description
Wachter is accepting applications for a Technical Trainer in our Lowell Office. The Technical Trainer will manage the activities involved in the preparation, delivery and assessment of training and development programs for Wachter. This role consults with internal clients to address requests, creates and manages training initiatives and programs for Boot Camp, Security/Alarm training and Field Technicians. The Technical Trainer is responsible for training in a job-specific area along with focusing on teaching hands-on or on-the-job capabilities for field technicians. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for talent development, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to train and coach within a high paced environment.
