Technical Systems Engineering Technical Assistance

Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA). In this role you will support a program manager (PM) by leading new technical analysis projects, overseeing contract execution, coordinating with government mission partners, and preparing and delivering briefings to communicate program status, technical findings and results. You will bring strong technical judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly while managing competing priorities and responding to urgent requests. Work Location: Onsite: Arlington, VA Travel: Up to 10% Clearance: U.S. Citizen, TS/SCI eligible required Required Experience: 37Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.3710+ years relevant professional experience.37Strong written and oral communication skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.37Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively to urgent requests.37Demonstrated ability to develop technical documentation and briefings that clearly communicate program status, technical findings, and results.37Ability to coordinate technical activities and collaborate with government mission partners and multidisciplinary teams.37 Desired Experience: 37Experience with EO/IR remote sensing, space systems, airborne sensing, LiDAR, imaging systems, or related sensor technologies.37Experience planning and supporting demonstrations, test events, data collection campaigns, and technical evaluations.37Experience developing radiometric models, image or signal processing solutions, systems models, or hardware/software integration efforts.37Familiarity with distributed data-processing solutions for scalability and workflows that transform imagery into customized data products.37Experience leading technical teams and coordinating performers, government customers, and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs).37Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and directly, with an interest in continuous learning and technical exploration.37 The expected salary range for this position is $123,000 - $150,000. This range represents a good-faith estimate and is not a guarantee; final compensation is determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, and government contract labor rate requirements and may fall outside the stated range.
