Job DescriptionFull Visibility is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst - MID with a Top Secret clearance to work onsite in Quantico VA.
The Technical Systems Analyst - MID will assist government leads with all ELSUR collection system project management activities.Responsibilitiesinclude, but not limited to developing and maintaining schedules for ELSUR system projects and related tasks. Collaborates with government stakeholders to develop and track approved project risk, change, communications, issue, earned value, and market research processes. Translates engineering requirements into resource definitions for integrated master schedules, change requests, and configuration changes. Develops software plans, conducts testing, documents results, and supports preparation of OTD, executive-level, and system reports.
Requirements- ActiveTop Secret clearance This position may require thesuccessfulcompletion of a Counterintelligence (CI)Polygraph.
- BS degree in an Information Systems technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- 4 years of relevant experience
- 1 year experience supporting ELSUR systems
- Experience leading technical tasking or projects
- Recent management experience related to telecommunications projects
- Experience in technical editing
- Knowledge of IT System Network Concepts, Agile Software Development Principals and knowledge of current IT hardware Capabilities
TARGETSALARY RANGE: Thewage range for this role takes into account the widerange of factors that are considered in makingcompensation decisions including but not limited toskill sets; experience and training; licensure andcertifications; and other business and organizationalneeds.It is not typical for an individual to behired at or near the top of the range for their role andcompensation decisions are dependent on the facts andcircumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of thecurrent range is $100-135k
