You will source for senior software and AI engineering roles, with product and go-to-market searches alongside them, working with the Founding Technical Talent Partner.

- Proactively sourcing and engaging software, AI and product talent, and building diverse pipelines of passive candidates.

- Maintaining accurate data in the ATS/CRM and reporting regularly on pipeline health, outreach volume and conversion rates.
- Refining search strategies based on feedback, performance data and changes in hiring priorities.

- Strong Boolean search and market-mapping skills, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with a candidate-first mindset and the ability to represent the brand compellingly.
