Full Job Description
We're looking for a driven Technical Sales Representative to join our sales team in the Greater Montreal area.

In this role, you'll work closely with electrical contractors, distributors, consultants, and other key stakeholders across the construction industry, helping customers leverage innovative electrical distribution, digitization, and energy management solutions.

What will you do?

  • Drive sales growth and achieve territory objectives.
  • Develop and execute account and territory sales strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Promote Schneider Electric's portfolio of electrical distribution, automation, digitization, and energy management solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical expertise and act as a trusted advisor for customers.
  • Develop pricing and commercial strategies aligned with market conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.


What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Electrical Engineering degree or diploma.
  • 3-5+ years of technical sales experience.
  • Experience in the commercial and industrial construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Understanding of distribution channels and business models.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
  • Abilit to travel up to 40% within the Greater Montreal area.
  • Functional knowledge of English and French is required to carry out their scope of work, including working with stakeholders located in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and internationally.

The expected pay range is CAD 102,850 - CAD 145,200 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
