Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for clients during field operations.
- Conduct site assessments, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide on-the-spot engineering support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
- Analyzes well performance and helps completions engineers optimize stimulation design
- Analyzes and provides recommendation data where wells and processing machinery should be placed in order to maximize production.
- Analyze data in order to recommend placement of wells and supplementary processes to enhance production.
- Monitors production rates and reworks processes to improve production where possible.
- Prepare presentations, detailed reports, documentation, and recommendations based on field observations.
- Support project planning, execution, and post-project reviews with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Work closely with field staff, sales and technicians as needed.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of field engineering experience, preferably in a client-facing role, in lieu of a BS in STEM/Engineering
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently in remote or challenging environments.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within district or to HQ as required.
Preferred Skills:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/STEM w/2-4 years of Field Experience
- Experience in Frac, Power Solutions, EOS, or other NEX product line is highly desired
- Familiarity with client relationship management and project coordination.
- Certifications such as PMP, PE, or industry-specific credentials are a plus.
