About the RoleWe're looking for a Technical Recruiter to own full cycle recruiting for our engineering and Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) roles. You'll run searches from intake to close, partner directly with technical leadership, and shape how we hire as we grow.
This is not a sourcing-only role. You'll be involved in offer negotiations, offer strategy, hiring strategy, and interview process design. You'll start with SWE and FDE hiring, and as the engineering team builds out new swimlanes in the coming year, you'll have the chance to hire across a much wider range of roles.
Our technical recruiting team is small today, which means you'll have a real hand in structuring a new and growing org. The processes, playbooks, and standards you build will become how we hire at scale.
What You'll Do- Own full cycle recruiting for junior to mid-level FDE and engineering roles, from intake through close
- Partner closely with technical leadership to drive impact across the technical recruiting org
- Run intake meetings with hiring managers and align on what each role needs
- Source, screen, and move candidates through the process
- Lead offer strategy and negotiations, and close candidates
- Help shape hiring strategy, including workforce planning, role scoping, and sourcing approaches
- Expand into new roles and teams as engineering grows
- Work with the recruiting team, People Operations, and the tech side of the business, and help define how the technical recruiting org operates as it scales
What You Bring- 2+ years of full cycle tech recruiting experience
- Experience hiring engineers
- Recent startup experience
- A clear interest in full cycle recruiting, not just sourcing
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders and technical leaders
- Autonomy, drive, and self-motivation, with an appetite for building structure where little exists
