Full Job Description
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning application development, data and AI, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, and operations. This role owns delivery from discovery through operational transition, translating customer and mission needs into executable plans, creating clarity and accountability, removing blockers, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-lifecycle technical delivery from discovery and design through build, release, and operational transition
  • Translate business, customer, and mission objectives into roadmaps, integrated plans, prioritized backlogs, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
  • Partner with technical leaders to understand architecture, dependencies, and tradeoffs; drive decisions that balance speed, quality, security, and reliability
  • Build and redirect cross-functional teams quickly by clarifying roles, priorities, operating cadences, ownership, and accountability
  • Own scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change control; escalate early with data-driven options and recommendations
  • Remove blockers, resolve ambiguity and conflict, and build consensus across customers, users, executives, and delivery teams
  • Maintain delivery visibility through Jira and Confluence, dashboards, KPIs, and forecasts; communicate decisions, status, risks, and outcomes to technical and executive audiences
  • Engage customers and users through discovery, demonstrations, feedback loops, release readiness, adoption, and value realization
  • Raise the delivery bar by coaching teams, developing people, running retrospectives, standardizing reusable practices, and improving predictability, quality, and customer value


Salary: $180,000 - $200,000

  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and judgment, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear decisions and actions
  • Highly organized and data-driven, with practical experience using Jira, Confluence, source control, CI/CD, ticketing, dashboards, and reporting
