Your Role

Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in operational and exception management domains to drive technology-enabled transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, lead AWS and AI-driven projects, and articulate end-to-end solution architectures while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to identify, analyze, and prioritize exception management and operational efficiency opportunities.
Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, execution, and rollout.
Drive AWS-based modernization projects leveraging cloud-native services and architectures.
Evaluate and incorporate AI/GenAI capabilities to automate operational processes, improve investigations, and enhance decision-making.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for engineering teams.
Manage project roadmaps, stakeholder communication, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
Define KPIs and measure business impact of implemented solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, or Product Owner in Operations, Exception Management, or Financial Services domains.
Delivered AWS-based projects and cloud transformation initiatives.
Good understanding of AWS services such as EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Aurora, to effectively collaborate with Solution Architects and engineering teams.
Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI use cases within business operations.
Knowledge of AWS services (App, Data & Monitoring).
Ability to explain and defend technical architecture decisions, solution designs, integration patterns, and cloud deployments from prior projects.
Strong skills in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and agile delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of banking operations, reconciliation, investigations, or transaction processing.
Demonstrates strong architectural and technology acumen, with the ability to engage effectively with Solution Architects,and Data Engineering teams to shape solution designs, influence technical decisions, and ensure alignment between business objectives, platform strategy, and cloud migration goals.'

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 103330 to 128656
