Title: Technical Project ManagerLocation:Bellevue, WA
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple software development teams and technical workstreams.
- Partner closely with engineering leads, developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to drive projects from planning through execution.
- Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Track progress across development teams and ensure commitments and deliverables remain on schedule.
- Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and delivery issues and proactively drive them toward resolution.
- Coordinate activities across multiple technical teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Lead project status meetings, delivery reviews, and cross-functional discussions.
- Consolidate complex project information into clear and concise updates for senior leadership.
- Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, project summaries, and status reports.
- Present project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Translate detailed technical information into clear executive-level messaging and business updates.
- Drive follow-ups and action items to ensure decisions are converted into execution.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $105000k - $115000k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
