What you will do at Sogeti: • Lead delivery of AI and data platform projects, managing activities across development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production release.
• Organize, track, and report project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and project governance activities
• Coordinate project timelines and effort estimates
• Drive accountability for release readiness, sprint commitments, and overall team performance.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and solution discussions with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), release plans, and business impacts to leadership and project teams.
• Collaborate across multiple workstreams, platform teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Assist teams in navigating enterprise processes, approvals, and technical dependencies to remove delivery roadblocks.
• Perform resource planning and capacity management to ensure optimal team utilization.
What you will bring: • 7+ years of experience managing technology projects in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Databricks and Microsoft Azure platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals and AI solution delivery.
• Experience leading projects involving Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment practices, and Databricks MLflow.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles from requirements through release and production deployment.
• Strong expertise in project planning, effort estimation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
Education: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
