Duties and Responsibilities- Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
- Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Plans, estimates, schedules and tracks project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Uses and refines best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manages changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devises contingency

Qualifications- Bachelor degree required
- 5+ years' technical project management experience, understand Agile Development Processes
- 3-5 years of experience with MS Project
- Project Management Certification (PMP, CSM, CAPM) strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications- 3-5 years' experience conducting quantitative and qualitative risk management.
- Root cause analysis
- Likelihood and Impact assessments
- Application of risk responses
- 1-3 years' experience with Power BI dashboard reporting.
- 1-3 years' experience with schedule critical path methodology.
- 3-5 years' experience with Agile/Waterfall hybrid project management.
- 3-5 years' experience in briefing project metrics to project stakeholders and senior leadership.
- 1-3 years' experience in schedule variance analysis utilizing PMI metrics
- 3-5 years' experience with developing project artifacts
Working ConditionsThis position is remote with some travel/onsite requirements. To be successful in a remote role at PCG, you must:
- be available during your set working hours
- have a safe, private, and distraction-free environment in which to complete your work, and
- be able to give your full attention to the completion of your PCG job duties

Range: $140,000 - $160,000
