  • Collaborate with the Growth team to translate discovery findings into actionable estimates and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Develop strategies for efficient software deployment, including creating toolkits for consistent service delivery.
  • Support post-implementation engagements and maintain a knowledge base of recurring dealership issues and solutions.

Full Job Description
CLA is seeking a Technical Lead Consultant - Tekion. This role leads technical and functional discovery for Tekion dealership clients. It finds the root cause of reported issues and turns what it learns into scoped support, optimization, and remediation work. The role also serves as CLA's Tier 1 support resource and owns the escalation path to Tekion.

Essential Job Functions

The below functions reflect the general details of the essential work activities and accountabilities of this position and are not all inclusive. Other activities may be assigned.

  • Lead technical and functional discovery with dealership clients to understand their current state, pain points, and business needs.
  • Sort client issues into training, configuration, workflow, integration, data, or product-defect issues to decide the right correction.
  • Reproduce and document customer issues
  • Scope technical support, optimization, and remediation projects.
  • Work with the Growth team to turn discovery findings into estimates, assumptions, deliverables, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective software deployment, including toolkits for consistent service deliver delivery.
  • Support delivery of post-implementation engagements.
  • Provide support to Tekion dealership clients.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of recurring dealership issues, their root causes, and their solutions.
  • Continuously improve processes and methodologies


Requirements

Experience

  • 4 Years of experience required. 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), preferably Tekion, is preferred.


Education
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.


Certifications / Licenses

None required. Tekion platform certification preferred.
